Join Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor Helka Casey for this four-part EAP series where we will review how both personal and professional boundaries can help reduce stress, burnout, and increase well-being. We'll explore types of boundaries, how to create and set them, and ways to communicate them (to ourselves and others). Boundaries are how we can honor ourselves, others, and protect our energy.
