Resistance Band Demo
Join OSU Health Coach Adam to take a break out of your day for resistance band training. Resistance bands are an easy way to incorporate strength training into your day or exercise program. We will go over how to use these with simple exercises that you can do for a whole body routine. We encourage you to use your comfort level. If you have not done resistance or strength training in the past, you want to gradually work your way into more sets and repetitions. The goal of this demo is to increase overall movement. If you are just starting a strength training routine, you may experience muscle soreness and may need to work in rest days. A Word of Caution: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Do not perform these movement(s) if you have a medical condition that can be made worse by physical activity. If you have questions about what exercises are safe for you, consult your physician.
