Join Ohio State Extension Educators, Jessica Lowe and Ryan Kline, as we discuss the importance of an emergency fund, where to put it and how much to have saved, as well as how to set SMART goals to stay on track.

Chair Yoga
Join Stacy Notestine, registered nurse and yoga teacher, for a gentle chair yoga session. This class is for all ages who want to learn to stretch and relax all while in a sitting position. No prior experience necessary. A Word of Caution: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Do not perform these movement(s) if you have a medical condition that can be made worse by physical activity. If you have questions about what exercises are safe for you, consult your physician.
