Care When You Need It
Ohio State Urgent Care provides walk-in care for patients three months and older for minor to serious, non-life-threatening conditions like cough, sore throat, fever, upper respiratory infections, urinary tract infections, burns, cuts, broken bones, sprains and strains. Staffed seven days a week by nurse practitioners and physician assistants.

Orthopedic Urgent Care
Ohio State Orthopedic Urgent Care is open weekdays and provides walk-in urgent care for patients ages 14 and older with minor to serious, non-life-threatening sports and activity-related injuries that like broken bones, tendon ruptures, sprains and strains that have occurred in the last 48 hours. Staffed by emergency medicine and orthopedic physicians and advanced practice providers.

Advanced Urgent Care
Ohio State Advanced Urgent Care provides walk-in care for urgent, non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries seven days a week. In addition, less urgent conditions can also be treated. The advanced level of care and diagnostics, supervised by emergency medicine physicians, gives you the expertise of the emergency department (ED) but with shorter wait times and at a lower cost than the ED. Conditions treated include broken bones, sprains, burns, cuts requiring stitches, painful urination, and cold and flu symptoms and infections. Hours and ages treated vary by location. A specialist copay will be collected at time of visit and coinsurance may be applicable if testing is required. Plan provisions apply.

Beginning on January 1, 2025, Kroger Little Clinic will not be covered as an in-network provider in Franklin County for OSU Health Plan members.
Express Care
Ohio State Express Care is open weekdays and provides quick access to care for patients 6 months and older with common conditions and illnesses including colds and flu, sinus infections, sore throats, eye and ear infections, minor burns and cuts, insect bites and rashes. Our Express Care locations are staffed by skilled nurse practitioners and welcome all OSU Health Plan members. Hours vary by location. If you go, be sure to take your medical health insurance card with you. PCP office visit benefit applies.
