Baby Got Back…. Pain!
Back pain is a seemingly daunting and inevitable experience with more than 80% of adults experiencing pain at some point in their lifetime. It is the most common cause of job related disability and a leading contributor to missed workdays. Unfortunately, there are many trains of thought regarding the best approach for alleviating pain and improving function thus creating further confusion around an already frustrating experience. The goal of this presentation is to help demystify the concept of back pain and provide tangible ways we can take an active role in the self-management and reduction of our symptoms.
