Learn how to keep baby safe in the car from their first trip home from the hospital and beyond. Experts from the Buckle Up With Brutus program will introduce you to the most important parts of car seats and how to use them correctly. We will share advice for each stage of car seat safety as your baby grows and community resources for hands-on guidance from experts.

In this talk, we will review the signs, symptoms, and findings that can be associated with preeclampsia and the underlying pathophysiology that contributes to them. These will also be discussed in the context of urgent maternal warning signs to aid in patients' communication with their care teams during their birthing journeys.

Join OSU Health Coaches, Adam Roberts and Michael Bramlish for a physical activity program about creating a kettlebell/dumbbell workout. During the 30-minute session, we will talk about the benefits of using kettlebells, describe and demonstrate proper form of exercises and create a workout that you can follow along with.
