Active Living
Chair Yoga
Join Stacy Notestine, registered nurse and yoga teacher, for a gentle chair yoga session. This class is for all ages who want to learn to stretch and relax all while in a sitting position. No prior experience necessary. A Word of Caution: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone and this or any other exercise program may result in injury. Do not perform these movement(s) if you have a medical condition that can be made worse by physical activity. If you have questions about what exercises are safe for you, consult your physician.
