That’s when your Ohio State EAP Identity Theft Prevention and Recovery services become an essential benefit.

The benefit provides a complimentary phone consultation with a Fraud Resolution Specialist to assist with restoring identity and credit standing. You can ask for a complimentary Identity Theft Emergency Response Kit and for guidance on protective measures to avoid further identity theft occurrences.  Plus, you can receive complimentary identity theft monitoring.
