Many Health Plan members have requested text messaging reminders for biometric screening appointments and other health coaching, care coordination, flu vaccinations and Your Plan for Health (YP4H) appointments scheduled through Link to Health (L2H).

We finally have that built! 

You can now opt in to receive text message reminders about your Link to Health (L2H) appointments. Log in to LinktoHealth.osu.edu and go to ‘My Profile’ at the top right. Click Edit at the bottom of the screen. Check the box to turn Text Reminders On, enter your mobile number in the box below, and click Save.

If you decide you no longer want to opt in to text messaging, you can opt out through the process described above (only turn Text Reminders Off) or you can call OSU Health Plan Member Services at 614-292-4700 (select Option 1) and ask the representative to remove you from text messaging. 

Definitely no need to miss any other appointments!
