Coping Imperfectly: How to Live Well With Workplace Burnout

This seminar will discuss signs and symptoms of workplace burnout and explore the concept of how to cope "imperfectly." We will identify actionable strategies for connecting with valued activities and care tasks with a sense of self-compassion, no matter where your level of functioning is at the time.
